Renovation of a medical facility in Richmond, British Columbia. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Richmond Hospital requires that the existing bulk oxygen storage tank farm be relocated and expanded to meetthe future needs of the hospital site. In addition, due the current existing locations of the underground diesel fuel tanks, upgrades, relocation and consolidation are required for the existing fuel storage systems (two undergrounds diesel tanks). The work will be done in two phases as the bulk oxygen tank farm needs to be relocated prior to the fuel storage system consolidation and relocation. TIMELINE: Tender may be issued in spring, 2025. Further update in late spring, 2025. *Sub-Consulting firms (including Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Civil and Geotechnical if required) shall be selected from the Authority's Pre-qualified Engineers list. *The estimated construction budget for the Richmond Hospital Bulk Oxygen Storage Tank Farm relocation is $1.6M. *The estimated construction budget for the Fuel Storage System Upgrade project is $2.0M.
