Site work for a water / sewer project in Montgomery, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project generally consists of the following major components: Installation of approximately 27,400 LF of 4, 6, 8 and 10 C900 water main; 1,100 LF of 1 and 2 CL 200 PVC water mains and associated appurtenances along specified roadways. Removal and replacement of approximately 32 fire hydrants. Installation of approximately 640 residential water services. Unaltered and clean plans may be returned to Water Works for a refund if the contractor is on the official plan holders list. All bidders must be properly licensed in accordance with Ala. Code 34-8-1, et seq and meet the bidding requirements set forth in the proposal. . In the event the CONTRACTOR fails to achieve Contract Completion of the work in all respects within 510 Consecutive calendar days
