Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 12 The mission of the École nationale de police du Québec, as a privileged place for reflection and integration of activities relating to police training, is to ensure the relevance, quality and consistency of the latter. The School is exclusively responsible for the initial training of police personnel allowing access to the practices of patrol-gendarmerie, investigation and police management. The School also offers professional development activities and conducts training-oriented research. Object The École nationale de police du Québec is soliciting offers for the LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE service for its campus, to be carried out at 350, rue Marguerite-d'Youville in Nicolet. Two lots are part of this call for tenders: Lot 1: Lawn maintenance and cleaning of parking lots and driveways Lot 2: Maintenance of hedges, shrubs and flower beds The contract will be in effect for one year, from December 1 , 2022 to November 30, 2023 (which includes a full landscape maintenance season (2023) with the possibility of renewal for two additional landscape maintenance seasons, i.e. 2024 and 2025 .
