Contracting &; Engineering Corp. (SCEC), the Construction Manager (Cm) for the School Board of Broward County (SBBC) Cresthaven Es Smart Program Renovation Project is Soliciting Bids From Qualified Subcontractors and Vendors. Work of This Contract Comprises the General Construction of, but Not Limited to: Building Envelope Improvements (Roofing, Exterior Painting), HVAC Improvements & ADA Restrooms. Subcontractors and Vendors Must Be Pre-qualified With the Cm Prior to Bid Date. M/WBE Subcontractors and Vendors Certified With SBBC Are Strongly Encouraged to Participate. All Requests for Information on the Project Including Access to Drawings, Specifications, and Addenda Can Be Emailed to Bids@statecontracting.com. SCEC Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, Waive Informalities and Irregularities in Bidding, and Accept Bids Which Are Considered by SCEC to Be in the Best Interest of the Project.
