The Naples Airport Authority (NAA) invites the submission of Bid Proposals from all interested and qualified parties with demonstrated construction expertise for the Long-Term Parking Lot Expansion Project at the Naples Airport. The project generally consists of the expansion of the existing long term parking lot at the Naples Airport. Work items for the parking lot will include site preparation, associated site improvements including grading, drainage installation, bituminous paving, temporary and permanent erosion control, landscaping, pavement marking, and incidental work items. Contract time will be forty-five (45) consecutive calendar days from the receipt of Notice-to-Proceed to Substantial Completion. Bid proposals must be submitted on the forms provided by the Naples Airport Authority and must be accompanied by a Bid security in the form of a bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid made payable to the Naples Airport Authority. Contract security in the form of 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required. No bid may be withdrawn after closing time for the receipt of proposals for a period of sixty (60) days. Answers will be posted as an addendum at electronically on Tuesday, October 4, 2022. All Bidders must be licensed in accordance with Florida Laws.
