PROJECT: A-Wing Basement Fire Protection/Sprinkler System and Ceiling/Lighting Replacement Neil Kirkman Building (located at 2900 Apalachee Parkway, Tallahassee, FL.). DESCRIPTION: This Project includes but is not limited to the following and bidders should carefully review plans and specifications for details: Removal of existing and installation of new ceiling systems. Mechanical work including demolition of selected existing duct, diffusers & grilles and installing a new wet-pipe sprinkler system. Electrical work including the replacement of light fixtures, lighting controls, and fire alarm equipment. Painting.
