Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Online Bidding: Available Project has been rebid Fee for bidding online is $25.00 The work of this project includes: 1. Construct a new concrete pad for placement of a packaged biofilter. 2. Construct a new bituminous driveway from the existing parking lot to the concrete pad. 3. Furnish and install a new packaged biofilter with engineered media, supply fan, ductwork, and mist eliminator. 4. Extend new electric, water, and sanitary drain utilities to the biofilter. 5. Remove and salvage an existing odor control unit (OCU) supply fan. 6. Remove and dispose an abandoned OCU system. 7. Modify the existing OCU tank orientation, ductwork, mist eliminator, monitoring equipment, and shelter. 8. Provide a temporary carbon OCU and two carbon change outs. 9. Commission the biofilter and modified OCU. The MCUB participation goal for this contract is 5%.
