The project consists of: 1. This project includes mill of existing asphalt in areas designated on plans, proof roll, repair any existing base issues and repave with 4 inches of asphalt and binder. Locates will be by contractor, some utilities cross upper lot. 2. Two entry drives will remove asphalt as shown on plans and replace with 6 inches of concrete. The project will need to maintain half road access during construction. 3. Employee parking lot shown on plans will be seal coated and re-striped along with re-striping of new paved area upper lot parking. Contractor to verify existing striping for replication. Following review of pre-bid meeting agenda items, participants will be allowed to ask questions related to the project scope of work. Other questions will be received ONLY in written/email form.
