The work on MARION ADMIN ROAD & FALLEN HEROES PARK consists of approximately: o reconstructing 200 lf (34 ft wide) of asphalt roadway HMA Surface B and Intermediate C with HMA Type B Base; o reclaiming and resurfacing 450 lf (36 ft wide) of roadway with HMA Surface B and Intermediate C using cement modified recycled base (CMRB) or 8 in GABC; o crack-filling and coal tar double-sealing 11,030 sy existing asphalt parking area; o constructing 2,275 lf of 1'-6" curb and gutter (C&G); o installing 840 lf of RCP culverts with various storm-drainage boxes; o constructing 1,300 sy 4" concrete sidewalk and 300 sy 6" sidewalk ; o installing 11,500 lf of thermoplastic pavement markings of various widths and colors; and o various items relating to rebuilding the road and creating a public park.
