Under this item, the Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, equipment, and materials and perform all operations in accordance with the details shown on the Plans and with the requirements for this Technical Special Provision to install the structural plate pipe culverts proposed under Wilshire Drive in Orange County, Florida. The pipe culverts will allow the current bridge to be declassified from a bridge to a culverted crossing. The project consists of the rehabilitation of an existing bridge structure, over the connection between two drainage ponds, to improve the operations and maintenance through the creation of a double-barreled, traffic bearing, drainage culvert. The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the FDOT program and include this provision in all subcontracts issued as a result of this Agreement. Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion The Bidder certifies, by submission of its Bid, that neither it nor its principals is presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible or voluntarily excluded from participation in this transaction by any Federal department or agency. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all Bids, or to re-advertise for Bids.
