Colorado Springs Utilities will be issuing a solicitation for the following goods and/or services: SEP Williams Creek Line Switches - H-Frames Colorado Springs Utilities is requesting the design, fabrication, and delivery of two (2) High Bay Steel Substation Structures, and the accompanying anchor bolt cages as required, for the upcoming Williams Creek Substation Line Switches Project on the 230kV electric system in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
