Site work for a municipal facility in Surrey, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The Work under this Contract comprises, but is not limited to, the provision of all labour, materials, services and equipment necessary for the replacement of the main perimeter gates facing 76th Avenue at the Immigration Holding Centre at 13030 76th Avenue, Surrey, BC, in strict accordance with specifications and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and conditions of the contract and all applicable codes and regulations. The Work cover under this contract includes, but is not limited to the following items covered further in the Contract Document: Demolition of the existing gates and replacement with new gates. Structural foundation required for new gates. Electrical power and security system. Paving remediation as a result of installation of new gate. To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $100,001 and $500,000. Documents can be obtained from www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders Cancelled.
