Purpose: To provide janitorial services for the Department of Public Safety at the Anoka Driver License Exam Station, 2830 Cutters Grove Ave Ste #108, Anoka, MN 55303. The vendor will provide labor only. All equipment and supplies will be provided by the agency. Pre-Proposal Meeting.A site visit is required prior to bid submission. A pre-proposal meeting will take place on Tuesday, September 20th at 10:00 AM CT. Attendance is mandatory. To register for the pre-proposal meeting, contact Kim Wilcox via email at kimberly.wilcox@state.mn.us by Friday, September 16, 2022. Responders that do not register for the pre-proposal meeting will not be admitted into the facility. Questions. Any questions or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Nick Schroetter at nicholas.schroetter@state.mn.us. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the solicitation, the Responder must immediately notify the Acquisition Management Specialist/Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. All questions should be submitted no later than 3:30 PM on September 23, 2022. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. The contract term will begin on October 1, 2022, or on the date of contract execution, whichever is later, to September 30, 2023, or 12 months after the date of contract execution, with the option to extend up to 12 months, upon agreement by both parties. Contract vendor will be responsible to pay tax.
