The City is seeking bids to contract with an experienced abatement/remediation contractor to perform lead removal at the Police Department's Indoor Gun Range. In accordance with Civil Code 9550, if the bid exceeds $25,000, the Successful Bidder shall furnish within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after written Notice of Award, a Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid. The initial contract will be for a one (1) year period from the date of the award. This contract can be renewed by mutual consent for 4 additional one-year terms. The maximum term shall not exceed 5 years from the date of award.
