GENERAL: A. Intent - This is a one-time contract for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and dispose of existing Trusco split, 1500-gallon unleaded gasoline/500 gallon diesel above ground storage tank, then the purchase and installation of a new 500 gallon diesel above ground storage tank at the Headquarters of Buchanan Dam. B. Work site location: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Eastman Lake 32175 Rd 29 Raymond, CA 93653 C. Permits - The Contractor shall, without any additional expense to the government provide all the necessary and required licenses or permits for the completion of this contract. The Contractor shall comply with all Federal, state, county and municipal laws, codes, and/or regulations in connection with the performance of specified work.
