Bidders are required to comply with P.L. 2004, c. 57 (Chapter 57) which amends N.J.S.A. 52:32-44. The successful bidder shall be required to comply to the provisions of the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, Chapter 150 of the Laws of 1963, effective 1, 1964, the Contract Work Hours and Safety standards Act, the Copeland Act and the Davis-Bacon Act, and all the latest amendments to same. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract and satisfactory in form, execution and sufficiency of surety.
