**As of September 28, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** 1. Roof- Remove the existing roof shingles. Install new architectural dimensional type roof shingles. Include all new drip edge. Include any required flashing components, venting and any necessary roof sheathing repairs. Roof Shingles must have a manufacturer's warranty of at least 30 years. All work must comply with the manufacturer's specifications and current code requirements. 2. Gutter system- Install a new seamless aluminum gutter system with all new downspouts and extensions, Note: Include any necessary fascia & rake repairs. Cover repaired areas with aluminum trim to match existing as close as possible. 3. Water Heater install a new 40 gallon gas fired water heater. Include all required connections, liners and venting. All work must comply with current code requirements. 4, Furnace - Install a new 90% plus energy efficient furnace. Include all required connections, venting and any necessary ductwork. All work must comply with current code requirements. 5, Exterior light fixture -- Remove the old rear yard light fixtures and Install new exterior light fixtures for the rear exterior, All work must be to current code requirements. An original bid bond, certified check or cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid must be submitted with any bid in excess of $100,000. If agreement is for multiple years, each year should be combined to get your total cost. Facsimiles or copies of the bid bond will not be accepted and your bid will be disqualified if submitted. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities which do not materially affect the bid document or otherwise conflict with statute or ordinance.
