The University is conducting an RFP for Campus Wide Window Washing. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated. The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation. The Evaluation Criteria and weightings to be applied are as follows: EVALUATION CRITERIA WEIGHT Technical Submission Proponent Experience and Qualification 20 Methodology and Approaches 20 Safe Work Practices and Administration of projects 20 Sub Total 60 Financial Submission Pricing-for window washing 40 Total 100 This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s): The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19 The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9 Term of one (1) years (the "Term") with an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional terms of a one (1) year term . Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 39 out of 60 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
