The Conyngham/Sugarloaf Joint Municipal Authority is requesting sealed bids for emergency repairs of water and sewer lines within the Conyngham Borough & Sugarloaf Township. The prospective, winning bidder will be on call 24/7 and must be able to respond to notifications of callouts within 2 hours. The contract shall be no less than 1 year, beginning November 1, 2022, with an option to renew for an additional term or opt-out by either party prior to the last quarter of the current contract's year. The prospective, winning bidder should be licensed and insured in all aspects of emergency water and sewer line repair including but not limited to a crew of workers, safety equipment, traffic control, proper tools and excavation equipment, pumps and demolition saw. The prospective, winning bidder must be able to work with and take direction from the operations manager of the CSJMA in determining the safest & most efficient way to complete the job assigned.
