1. Work of this Contract comprises of exterior lighting improvements at Bermondsey Yard, located at 25 Old Eglinton Avenue, Toronto, ON. 2. Site improvements work includes, but is not limited to, the following activities: 1) Examination and Preparation; 2) Lighting Improvements, Staff Parking Area; 3) Lighting Improvements, North Truck Parking/Fueling Area; 4) Lighting Improvements, South Truck Parking/Fueling Area; 5) Lighting Improvements, Main Building Area; 6) Contractor to retain geotechnical engineer to administer the geotechnical and concrete placement aspects of the Project and certify the work during construction. Delivery Schedule for Goods or Services OR Contract Duration: The term of the Contract is to be for a period of the date of Award for (266) days.
