This project will involve labor and materials for the repair/resurfacing of approximately 2,200 sq ft of damaged Dryvit. • SCRAPE, GRIND AND PREP 2,200 SF OF WATER DAMAGED EIFS • APPLY DRYVIT NCB OVER ENTIRE SURFACE SHEDUELED FOR COMPLETE RESURFACING, USE STANDARD MESH WHERE NECESSARY • APPLY DRYVIT SANDPEBBLE FINISH OVER NEW NCB • SPOT PATCH WHERE IDENTIFIED DURING SITE VISIT, CUSTOM PAINT MATCH AT PATCHES • DRILL 1/8” WEEP HOLES IN BOTTOM TRACK EVERY 12” TO ALLOW MOISTURE TO ESCAPE • TEMPORARY PROTECTION OF ADJACENT SURFACES • SUCCESSFUL BIDDER MUST SUPPLY THEIR OWN SCISSORS LIFTS AND LADDERS • NO WORK IS TO BE PERFORMED IN WEATHER UNLESS THE TEMPERATURE IS 42 DEGREES AND RISING • CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FINAL CLEAN UP AS WELL AS REMOVAL OF ALL DEBRIS GENERATED BY THIS PROJECT. • WORK SHALL BE COMPLETED BY 10/31/22
