Invitation for bid covering three years to do preventative maintenance and repairs to the overhead doors and entrance doors at the Elk ton Maintenance Shop and two satellite facilities located in Cecil County. Pricing is based on material cost plus labor hours, both regular rates and emergency rates outside of normal hours. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs as necessary on all overhead doors and other entrance doors on an as needed basis. The Elkton Maintenance Facility has a total of 27 overhead doors. Sylmar satellite facility has 3 overhead doors. Wards Hill satellite facility has 2 overhead doors covered under this agreement. There are also a variety of entrance doors at each location to be covered excluding locks. Door sizes run from 8 x 10 to 20 to 13. All bay doors are sectional overhead doors on tracks. The duration / term of the contract is 36 (Thirty- six) months or total payments of $50,000, whichever comes first.
