Fair Hill NRMA is located in Cecil County, MD. The State is issuing this solicitation for the purpose of securing a contract with a qualified vendor to perform janitorial services in designated buildings located in the Fairgrounds and Racetrack areas of the premises. The buildings are located in the commercialized zone of the Fair Hill NRMA. The Department of General Services (or the Department) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to procure the services defined in the detailed specifications and Scope of Work (Section 3.1), as specified in this IF, from a Contract between the successful bidder(s) and the State.It is the State's intention to obtain goods and services, as specified in this IFB, from a Contract between the selected Bidder and the State.The Department of Natural Resources intends to make a single award for the work under this IFB. Reference source not found. for more Contract award information.A Bidder, either directly or through its subcontractor(s), must be able to provide all goods and services and meet all the requirements requested in this solicitation and the successful Bidder (the Contractor) shall remain responsible for Contract performance regardless of subcontractor participation in the work. A Performance Bond is not required with this contract.A Payment Bond is not required with this contract.
