Replace the carpet at the Washington County Golf Course Clubhouse located at 6439 Clover Road, Hartford, WI 53027 This project generally consists of removing and disposing the existing carpet and provide and install new carpeting (totaling approximately 3,265 square feet) according to manufactureris specifications. Carpet selections include Mohawk (Daily Wire n Ecoflex Matrix) or Shaw (Semblence) as listed in the bid specifications to the County's satisfaction by approximately March 1, 2023. Accepted bidder will be required to provide an acceptable Certificate of Insurance upon award. All bidders shall be experienced in this type of work and will need to complete and submit a Bidderis Statement of Qualifications in order to be pre-qualified with Washington County for this work. This completed form is to be received no later than 5 days prior to the bid opening. The Bidderis Statement of Qualifications Form is included in the bid document for this project. Additionally, bidders are to include with their bid three (3) references of similar projects completed within the past 3 years that Washington County may contact as well. Washington County reserves the right to waive any informalities or technicalities & to reject any and all bids or parts thereof deemed to be unsatisfactory or not in the County's best interest.
