For Furnish and Deliver Two (2) 150kVA Trailer Mounted Emergency Generator and One (1) 125kVA Trailer Mounted Emergency Generator Pursuant to 103D-328, Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended (HRS), the successful Offeror shall be required to submit to the Department a tax clearance from the State of Hawaii Department of Taxation and the U.S. Internal Revenue Service as a prerequisite to entering into a contract in the amount of $25,000 or more. The successful Offeror shall also be required to submit, as a prerequisite to entering into a contract of $25,000 or more, certificates of 1) Compliance, and 2) Good Standing pursuant to Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) 3-122-112
