It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid to establish a contract to furnish and install twenty-four (24) Traulsen Refrigerators/Freezers at twelve (12) schools. Carroll County Public Schools, herein called CCPS, is contracting for all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment, necessary to furnish, deliver, and install twenty-four (24) Traulsen refrigerators/freezers at twelve (12) schools in accordance with the attached terms, specifications, and general conditions. SCOPE Carroll County Public Schools, herein called CCPS, is contracting for all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment, necessary to furnish and install twenty-four (24) Traulsen Refrigerators/Freezers at twelve (12) schools in accordance with the attached terms, specifications, and general conditions 3-2 CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY 3-2.1 General Conditions a. Contractor shall furnish, deliver, and install equipment described in the Bid Specifications. Equipment shall be manufactured to meet N.S.F. Standards and shall be so labeled. All electrical appliances shall be U.L. listed. b. Installation shall be performed between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:30 pm. c. Upon completion of installation and successful testing of equipment, the Contractor shall provide CCPS personnel with one (1) complete set of operating and maintenance manuals. 3-2.2 Refrigerators/Freezers Contractor shall furnish, deliver, and install the equipment listed; no substitutions will be allowed. The Contractor shall state the number of calendar days required to deliver and install the equipment to CCPS on the Bid Form Pricing Sheet and shall guarantee delivery of equipment in accordance with the date stated.
