Renovation of a mixed-use development in Westminster, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of December 5, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. All contractors must be pre-qualified in order to submit a bid on Window Replacement projects. Bids received from contractors who are not pre-qualified in advance will not be considered. 1. Remove and replace all windows as designed and specified. 2. Contractor must be capable of completing entire project within one summer break, working multiple shifts and weekends as necessary to complete scope of work. Bid documents are NOT available at this time. An Invitation to Bid Notice will be issued at a later date to prequalified firms which will provide instructions to bidders on how to obtain bidding documents. All work is to be performed as shown on the plans and within the specification and any addenda issued during the bidding phase. This will be outlined in the Invitation to Bid Notice.
