Project Name: Little Colorado Bridge - Cemetery Road Project (TRACS) Number: F0533 01D District: Northeast Route/MP: US 191 - MP 315.7-316.6 Funding Source: NHPP Construction Funding FY: FY 2024 This is the scoping and final design phase of a pavement rehabilitation project on US-191 just east of St. Johns, AZ starting at the eastern edge of the Little Colorado Bridge, and extending eastward to Cemetery Road. The 0.9 mile project consists of milling 3.5" of asphalt, and replacement with ADOT 409 Miscellaneous Special Mix asphalt. Existing striping will be replaced in-kind. The design consultant shall lead project development to achieve quality construction documents on a timely delivery schedule. The scope of work includes: Development of a scoping document to identify work to be included in the final design using the Guidelines for Scoping Pavement Preservation Projects along with input from ADOT team members. Develop base plans from existing CAD and survey data Geotechnical investigations for any pavement or bridge approach settlement Traffic elements include pavement marking, traffic control and development of the construction schedule Environmental analysis and technical reports to support ADOT EP in providing the Categorical Exclusion Utility coordination, no conflict letters and special provisions as required for utility clearance Submittals will include final scoping documents, Stage III, Stage IV, and final sealed documents Conduct management and administrative tasks including coordination, meetings, schedule updates, comment responses, etc. Questions, in writing, shall be received by ECS at the below email address until 3 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE SOI DUE DATE at 2:00 P.M.
