Renovation of a water / sewer project in Grosse Ile, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Each respondent must submit three (3) copies of the Quotations. All quotes shall remain firm, and shall not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days, following date of receipt. A 5% bid bond must accompany quotes. The Township of Grosse Ile will award the contract without regard to race, creed, color, religion, sex, national origin, height, and weight or handicap status. The Township of Grosse Ile reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any irregularity in any bid, and to make an award of Contract in any manner, deemed in its best interest. Any questions or requests for additional information should be in writing and emailed to Souheil Sabak with Charles E. Raines Co. at ssabak@charlesraines.com. An answer will be furnished within three (3) business days of the email, by return email transmission. The Township expects the project to be completed on or before December 20, 2022
