Site work for a water / sewer project in Homer Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This is a drain improvement project for the entire length of the Mt. Haley No. 15 Drain, including the main branch and 4 tributary branches. The project includes site clearing, sediment removal, crossing replacement, crossing cleanout, and soil erosion and sediment control measures. A security deposit in the form of a cashiers check, money order, certified check or bidders bond shall be submitted with any bids. No cash will be permitted. The security deposits of all unsuccessful bidders shall be returned after the Contract is awarded. The Professional will transmit to all prospective bidders of record an Addendum as the Professional considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be legally effective. The Mt. Haley No. 15 Drain will be let in 1 section as follows, having the length, average depth and width as shown on the plans and/or described below: Said Drain is approximately 6.3 miles in length and is composed of open channel drain and enclosed drain. This Notice of Letting, the plans, specifications, and bid proposal shall be considered a part of the contract. The following items will be required, and a contract let for same:
