The Board of Supervisors of Milford Township, Bucks County, PA will receive sealed proposals for the roof replacement on the Township s Public Works Building, approximately 7,860 sf. Bids must include removal of existing shingles from main roof; installation of FeltBuster, ice shield around roof bottom perimeter & valleys; plywood where needed (1/2 CDX/price per sheet required); new GAF Timberline dimensional shingles; new pipe collar where needed; white aluminum drip edge around roof; new ridge vent for roof ventilation; removal of debris from gutters and property, must supply own dumpster. A non-collusion affidavit must accompany the bid proposal. and a certificate of insurance must be provided by successful bidders. Successful bidder must supply Worker s Compensation: $500,000 Liability and $1,000,000 Umbrella coverage. Any and all bonds are required. A 50% performance bond must be supplied by the successful bidder. Successful bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Bids are intended to be awarded at the meeting of the Board of Supervisors on October 4, 2022. Milford Township reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids and to reject any or all proposals in the best interest of the Township.
