Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lincolnton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Lincoln County Schools is accepting bids to replace the Wastewater Treatment Facility Liner at West Lincoln Middle School located at 260 Shoal Road, Lincolnton, NC 28092. The sand filter pit is approximately 76'x38'. Current wastewater facility drawings are available upon request. The awarded party is responsible for removing and replacing existing media, piping, and liner. This is to be a turnkey project. The awarded party is responsible for demolition, permits, and drawings (if required). Any and all work is to be performed by a properly licensed contractor in the state of North Carolina. Bids that do not contain all of the information that has been requested will not be considered during the bid opening. All bids should include the following: Liner specifications (mill, type, manufacturer) Liner Warranty information Prices on supplies and labor Estimated lead time on materials Expected start and completion date Alternate # 1- Store and reuse existing media material onsite and supplement with new media as needed.
