The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking competitive bids for snow removal services at six (6) locations in the District 6 of the Iowa DOT jurisdiction. Awarded contractor is required to provide all materials, labor and equipment necessary to achieve reasonably Near Normal Surface conditions at the end of each weather event as defined in the Scope of Work. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 9/22/2022 10:00:00 PM (ET) This expedites the process and reduces errors for both buyer and supplier. Contract period will run from October 15, 2022 with an end date of: April 15, 2023. We are asking for Bid Price = Cost per Trip (plow and treat) during a snow event The project locations are NOT tied. Awards will be made for each line item listed in the solicitation. This is project is exempt from state sales tax. It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered.
