Solid Slab Sodding A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount bid shall be attached to all bids as a guarantee that the successful bidder will, within ten (10) days from the date of notice of award, enter into contract and file the required bonds. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bids are solicited, and a contract award will be made pursuant to the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 as amended (Title 61, O.S. 1981, Sections 101 - 136 et seq.). The City of Thomas reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or technicalities without assigning any reason therefore, and to make the awards in the best interest of the Owner.
