The NAICS code for this solicitation is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5 million. Bid bonds, payment bonds, and performance bonds shall be required under this solicitation and any resultant contract. Site Visit is scheduled for Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at 2PM. See section 52.236-27 Site Visit for details. Requests for Information (RFIs) are due Wed, November 9, 2022, by 2PM and must be emailed to samantha.henderson@va.gov. This project shall be completed within 365 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The NCO 21 MACC will be utilized to execute this construction project.
