The anticipated award date of the proposed A-E Contract is on or before November 30, 2022. SF 330 Date of Receipt/Due Date: Interested firms having the capabilities to perform this work must submit one (1) electronic SF 330 and attachments (if any) no later than (NLT) 2:00 PM (EST) October 17, 2022. PROJECT OVERVIEW: The purpose of this design project is to provide an assessment, design recommendation(s), design, construction period services and commissioning for a Dialysis Department in Building 100A at the William Jennings Bryan Dorn VA Medical Center located in Columbia, SC. These services are requested to address the dialysis treatment space shortages by utilizing 16,000 SF of the first floor of Building 100A. The existing dialysis area houses nine stations on the 5th floor of building 100. The new area will house 25 stations on the 1st floor of building 100A, a more appropriate location for a predominantly outpatient service. SDVOSB SET-ASIDE: 1. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses under the authority of 38 U.S.C. 8127(d). To be eligible for award the SDVOSB you must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code.
