Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ocean City, Maryland. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of October 12, 2022, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** This contract is for the replacement of existing storm drain inlet frame & grates located in crosswalk areas to be compliant and meet the standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) at specific locations along MD 378 (S Baltimore Avenue) in Somerset County. No pre-bid conference will be held. All questions before or after bid opening may be directed to the procurement officer Mr. Deane at the District office, or through his designee Ms. Angelina Marshall. Upon notification by the Engineer, the Contractor shall begin operations within 10 calendar days. The Contractor shall notify the Engineer at least 24 hours prior to beginning work at any location. Work hours shall be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the location of each work assignment. All work shall be completed and invoiced by November 18, 2022.
