Deposits on first set of documents furnished to General Contractors who bid the project will be fully refunded upon return of the documents in good condition no later than ten days after receipt of bids. On other sets of documents one-half (1/2) the deposit will be refunded upon return of the documents in good condition no later than ten (10) days after receipt of bids. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsible, responsive bidder. The bond of the low bidder will be held for forty-five (45) days, or until the contract is signed, whichever is shorter.
