Perpetuation project to resurface approximately 3.5 miles of STH 96 in the Village of Greenleaf in Brown County from Shanty Rd and Wobeck Ln. Anticipated items of work include resurface, beam guard, culvert and curb ramp upgrades, and secondary structure work on two box culverts C-05-0083 and C-05-0086. Major tasks include preliminary design, final scope cert, preliminary and final plat delivery, preliminary and final structure design, and PS&E package. The contract price will be based on an estimate of the selected consultants actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract.
