# of Firms to Select 1 Project Development Services - Road 2 Small Structure Replacements and 1 Small Structure Pipe Lining in White and Clinton Counties The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide a Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Services, Environmental Documentation, all Permit Applications, Utility Coordination, Right of Way Plan Development (including R/W Engineering, Staking, and Title Research, if necessary), Design and Plan Development, and Construction Phase Services. Other services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations Historical/Architectural Investigations, and Pavement Design if needed. INDOT will provide Real Estate Acquisition Services, if needed. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
