The work entails tenant improvement changes to HHS interview rooms at 120 N Redwood in San Rafael. Bids are required for the entire work described herein. The Contractor shall possess a valid Class "B License at time of bid submittal. To bid on this Project, the Bidder and all subcontractors are require,..CXd to be registered as a public works contractor with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to the Labor Code. The work entails several non-structural changes to the existing floor plans of both East and West buildings. These repairs are to be accomplished in a specific sequence, to minimize disruption and accommodate work flow.
