Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a civil project in San Rafael, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes furnishing all labor, materials and equipment to install a new above grade receiving tank for liquid organic wastes; providing associated site improvements including tank foundation, equipment pads, curbs, drainage, grading, and site lighting; installing owner- furnished screening system and pressure washer; furnishing and installing a new mixing pump, valves and piping; and providing all civil, mechanical, structural, electrical, and instrumentation and controls work and appurtenances as shown in the plans and specifications to integrate the new tank into the Agency's existing Organic Waste Receiving Facility (OWRF). The Contract also includes modifications to the existing biogas treatment system, which includes removing the existing fuel gas dryer and replacing with new redundant chillers and a heat exchanger; constructing a retaining wall, drainage ditch, and concrete pad; and performing all associated work and appurtenances as shown in the plans and specifications. A valid Class A California contractor's license is required to bid on the Project
