Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in San Rafael, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
The project is located in the saltwater marsh wetland behind Target and Home Depot off of Shoreline Parkway. The project scope of work consists of the following elements as described in the plans and specifications: -Demolition of existing pump station and disconnection of existing utility connections -Construction of new pump station and related elements -Slip-lining of the existing discharge pipe and installation of an inline vault with flap gate -Installation of temporary bypass storm drain.
