A Performance Bond is not required. A Payment Bond is not required. Carteret County Government is seeking proposals to replace RTUs #1 and #7 at the Carteret County Health Department located at 3820 Bridges Street, Morehead City, NC 28557. Details are as follows: The Contractor shall remove and dispose of roof top unit number one (#1) and number seven (#7). The Contractor shall replace these units with like kind while adding new curb extensions. The Contractor shall install new electrical disconnects, reinstall high and low voltage, verify tonnage and measurements, provide crane services, professionally block off parking lot area for crane services, fill out and submit all warranty information. The Contractor shall provide submittals with proposal. Site visits shall be scheduled with the POC. Schedule will be determined by Carteret County Government. Any damages caused by the Contractor shall be the Contractors responsibility to fix or replace at the Countys discretion. The Contractor shall obtain the required permits, if required, give all notices to the POC, and comply with all laws, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations bearing on the conduct of the work. No time extensions shall be granted or financial consideration given to the Contractor for time or monies lost due to violations of any such ordinance, code, law or regulations that may occur. The Contractor shall refer to and sign Attachment A, Federal Contracting Requirements as well as UG Provisions, 2 C.F.R. 200.326 and 2 C.F.R. Part 200, Appendix II, Required Contract Clauses. The non-discrimination clause contained in Section 202 (Federal) Executive Order 11246, as amended by Executive Order 11375, relative to Equal Employment Opportunity for all persons without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin, and the implementing rules and regulations prescribed by the Secretary of Labor, are incorporated herein.
