Request for Statements of Qualifications From Consulting Services to Assist with Long-Range Facilities Planning Bremerton School District (BSD) is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide services associated with the development of BSD's Long-Range Facilities Plan. In 2019, BSD engaged consultant assistance for facility assessment and condition review. The current solicitation is the next phase of work to be used as a guide for future facility modernization and replacement, and project planning. BSD is an urban school district which serves approximately 4,960 students and operates a total of twelve facilities including six elementary schools, three secondary schools, as well as three support facilities. The scope of service includes the development of a comprehensive facilities master plan for improvement and construction projects to be undertaken over the next 20 years and will involve broad staff and community input. BSD intends that the master plan be completed no later than May 2023. The Central Kitsap School District (CKSD) Capital Projects Office is assisting BSD with their consultant management efforts. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
