A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to provide rehabilitation of existing WWTP, including mechanical equipment replacement in the existing aeration basin, clarifier and chlorine contact basin, in addition to miscellaneous electrical and instrumentation improvements. WWTP rehabilitation also includes demolition of some existing treatment equipment and existing solids drying beds. Construction of new irrigation holding pond including pumps, piping, electrical and sprinkler system. All work shall be completed within three hundred (300) calendar days commencing on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. This performance period includes completing the various aspects required to complete the Work, including submission of all Submittals, mobilization, procurement, installation, testing, inspection and delivery of documents described in the Uniform General Conditions, Article 12, 12.1.1.1. This project does not have Federal Aid funding. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished for that purpose, and each proposal must be accompanied by bid bond, or certified check made payable to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, in an amount of not less than (5) percent of the total bid amount. A photocopy of the bid bond or certified check may be uploaded through the Bid Portal; however, the physical copy must be received by TPWD at its headquarters location by 12:00 pm (noon) of the second business day following the bid submittal deadline.
