**As of June 30, 2021, project was awarded to Bega Paving, Inc. for $780,776.12. The project includes: A p p r o x i m a t e l y 8,400 LF pavement improvements on West San Hilario Avenue. This project includes recycling existing pavement, cement stabilization and two course surface treatment. It shall be necessary that the CONTRACTOR increase the face amount of the Bond to equal each net increase, if any, in the original Contract price. Dimmit County reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and any nonconforming Bid and to award the Contract in a period of time not exceeding 60 days from the Bid opening date. Bids shall remain firm for that period. Dimmit County hereby notifies all Bidders that, in regard to any agreement entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded equal opportunities to submit Bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, age, religion, or national origin in consideration for an award.
