Site work and paving for a road / highway in Mertzon, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project consists of reclamation/reconstruction of CR 211 and a two-course chip seal on portions of CR 411, 113, and 390. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. County Road 411 must be completed by September 15, 2021. Please submit questions for this project at least 72 hours prior to bid opening Electronically or to Will Davidson, P.E., at will@plan.design. Any questions received within 72 hours of bid opening will not be answered. All addenda issued for this project will be posted Electronically. You will be notified of addenda automatically through email if you download the plans and specifications via Electronically.
