The Project consists of a two-course chip seal on portions of CR 411 and 412 and removal of existing base and replacement with cement treated base and a two-course chip seal of a portion of CR 131. The project also includes additive alternates to cement stabilize and to provide a PCC low water crossing on CR 131. Two-Course chip seal on portions of CR 411 (7,250 LF) and CR 412 (3,400 LF) Removal of old base material, placement of new base material, cement treatment of new base material, and two-course chip seal on portion of CR 131 (2,200 LF).
