Site work for a civil project in Mertzon, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The City of Mertzon (the City) is soliciting proposals to procure and install either an Advanced Metering Infrastructure or Automated Meter Reading (AMI or AMR) Smart Water Meter System for collecting water utility meter data and subsequent billing. The proposal should include the cost of all necessary equipment, professional services, activities, and firmware/software needed to implement an AMI or AMR network for the City's residential & commercial smart water meter infrastructure; as well as any annual or recurring cost needed to continue operations of the proposed system. These items are being solicited to assist the City of Mertzon in completing and implementing programs and/or projects funded with its allocation of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds. The City of Mertzon has received an allocation of ARPA funding and desires to solicit bids for its programs and projects. Anticipated Notice of Award June 3, 2024 The City of Mertzon reserves the right to negotiate with any and all service providers submitting timely RFPs. Deadline.
